Managing the Layout of the Reception Space; Making sure all Vendors Arrive on Time and Set Everything up the Way it was Discussed During the Planning Process

Coordinating with the Photographer to Ensure all Desired Photos are Captured within Allotted Time Frame

Ensuring that the Entire Wedding Day is Running on Time, Including but not Limited to Hair and Makeup Schedule, Photos, Ceremony, and Dinner.

Being the Point of Contact for the Entire Wedding Day

Assisting with the Final Months of the Planning Process Including but not Limited to Sending Ceremony Outlines, Referring Any Last Minute Vendors, and Advising Wedding Day Decisions
